It's do or die for Cronulla's Lisa Fiaola team when they face Wests Tigers at Leichhardt Oval on Saturday morning with a preliminary final berth on the line.

The under-17s women, coached by Isaac Michael, are the last remaining Sharks NSWRL Junior Representative side this season after the SG Ball and Tarsha Gale outfits were eliminated in their week-one playoffs matchups last weekend.

While they're coming off a 58-10 loss to the Bulldogs, Cronulla will take heart from the fact they beat the Tigers 18-14 to conclude the regular season a fortnight ago.

The Sharks went toe-to-toe with Canterbury in the opening exchanges last week, taking the lead through tries to Julliana Kolio and Sienna Best, but ultimately couldn't match motors with the undefeated Bulldogs as the game wore on.

The winner of the Sharks-Tigers clash will earn a place in a grand final qualifier against the Central Coast Roosters, who downed the Eels to kick off their finals campaign.

Kick-off is at 9.45am. If you can't attend the game, tune in through BarTVSports.
