Junior Representative team lists: Finals Week 1

The quest for premierships is heating up with finals fixtures confirmed for Cronulla's SG Ball, Lisa Fiaola and Tarsha Gale NSWRL Junior Representative teams at Leichhardt Oval this weekend.

It's do or die for the SG Ball (Saturday) and Tarsha Gale (Sunday) teams in clashes against the Bulldogs and Eels after finishing sixth and eighth respectively.

The Lisa Fiaola Sharks, having secured fourth place at the conclusion of the regular season, will tackle undefeated minor premiers Canterbury on Saturday for a spot in the preliminary final. They have a second chance up their sleeve.

Using the same formula as the NRL, the Junior Reps finals system is as follows:

Week One: 12th & 13th April

1st Qualifying Final – 1st vs 4th
1st Elimination Final – 5th vs 8th
2nd Elimination Final – 6th vs 7th
2nd Qualifying Final – 2nd vs 3rd

Week Two: 19th & 20th April

1st Semi-Final – Highest rank qualifying final v lower ranked elimination final winner
2nd Semi-Final – Lower ranked qualifying loser v higher ranker elimination final winner

Week Three: 26th & 27th April

1st Preliminary Final – Winner of QF1 v Winner of SF2
2nd Preliminary Final – Winner of SF1 v Winner of QF2

Week Four: 3rd May – Leichhardt Oval

Grand Final – Two winners
