Injury will force at least one change for Cronulla in Saturday night's must-watch showdown with Canterbury at Sharks Stadium, but two key forwards are on the verge of returning.

Front-rower Braden Hamlin-Uele (knee cartilage injury) has been ruled out, however fellow interchange forward Siosifa Talakai (ankle) is considered a 50-50 chance to play after limping from the field in last week's victory over the Rabbitohs.

Hamlin-Uele's absence is set to be offset by the return of Tom Hazelton (back), who has been included on the bench. Prop Toby Rudolf is listed as a reserve for the first time in 2025 as he finalises his comeback from shoulder surgery.

The team is otherwise unchanged following back-to-back wins, with ironman Blayke Brailey named at hooker after battling a corked leg against South Sydney.

The Sharks (sixth) will meet a high-flying Bulldogs side (second) who defeated the Eels on Sunday to maintain an unbeaten record through three rounds.

Kick-off on Saturday is at 7.35pm AEDT. On the back of a sell out, tickets won't last long – CLICK HERE to secure your spot before it's too late!
