Junior Sharks to trial this Saturday

The Sharks Matthews Cup, SG Ball, Lisa Fiaola and Tarsha Gale Cup teams, along with men's academy squads in the 16’s and 18’s age groups, kick off 2025 with trial matches at the Sharks Academy Fields on Saturday, January 11.

Beginning with an under 17’s female Lisa Fiaola Cup trial at 9.30am and finishing up with the under-19 SG Ball boys at 3.45pm, six games are scheduled as preparations continue ahead of the start of the respective competitions on February 1.

The Sharks will meet teams from the Wests Magpies in the men's trials, with the Lisa Fiaola and Tarsha Gale teams to play the Wests Tigers.

All Sharks junior representative teams will be back in action the following week for further trials against the Bulldogs, again at home at the Sharks Academy Fields, before having a week off ahead of round one when they travel to Penrith to play the Panthers.

3.45 – SG Ball – Under 19’s
