The Sharks will put their unbeaten start to the NRLW season on the line when they travel north to face last year's grand finalists the Titans on the Gold Coast.
It will mark Cronulla's first match in Queensland this season and provide another test for a team that has so far cleared every hurdle this year.
The Sharks enjoyed a commanding 28-4 win over the Dragons on Sunday night, Emma Tonegato running rampant in a dominant performance against her former club.
Cronulla now sit four points clear of a sizeable chasing pack heading into Round 6 of the nine-week competition.
The Titans are in that pack with three wins and two losses and bounced back from disappointing defeats to the Broncos and Cowboys to comfortably beat the Roosters at a scorching Cbus Super Stadium last week.
Gold Coast have been astutely led by halfback Lauren Brown throughout the season and the playmaker is out to orchestrate a crucial win on Saturday.
The Titans will wear special Indigenous jerseys for this match.

Titans: After making her injury return from the bench last week, Sienna Lofipo was originally named to start at five-eighth in place of Taliah Fuimaono who will serve a two-match ban for a high tackle, but has been replaced by Lailani Montgomery in the 24-hour update before the match. Rilee Jorgensen is also out, bringing Hailee-Jay Ormond-Maunsell into the 17. Ngatokotoru Arakua is the new 18th player. No further changes in the final team update on Saturday morning.
Sharks: Talei Holmes will make her return from a neck injury in a late change to the side one hour before kick off. As a result, Vanessa Foliaki move to the bench and Manilita Takapautolo is now 18th-player. Dominique du Toit drops out of the extended squad.
