Cronulla will run out as per program, however rugby sevens convert Dom du Toit will replace Filomina Hanisi as the 18th player after joining the club on Tuesday.
The ladder-leading Sharks are shooting to make it five wins from as many starts.
Kick-off is at 6.10pm following an NRL clash between the same clubs.
