2025 junior rep trial applications now open

The Sharks are excited to announce applications to trial for the club's 2025 male and female junior representative squads are now open.

Taking pride in player development and pathways, Cronulla will again field teams in the NSWRL's Harold Matthews (under 17s men), SG Ball (under 19s men), Lisa Fiaola (under 17s women) and Tarsha Gale Cup (under 19s women) competitions.

Both the Harold Matthews and Tarsha Gale sides reached week two of the 2024 finals, while the SG Ball and Lisa Fiaola teams showed immense potential.

Trials for next season's squads are by invitation only and will take place on the below dates (subject to change). Female applications close on Friday, August 30, with Friday, September 6 the cut-off date for male submissions.

  • Lisa Fiaola Cup (U17s) - Saturday, September 7
  • Tarsha Gale Cup (U19s) - Saturday, September 7
  • Harold Matthews Cup (U17s) - Thursday, September 12
  • SG Ball Cup (U19s) - Saturday, September 14

Successful players will be advised of the time, location and what to bring via email. As such, please ensure your form contains the correct email address.

The Sharks also invite applications from those interested in Academy staff roles, including coaches, sports trainers, physiotherapists, equipment coordinators, strength and conditioning coaches, team managers and ground announcers.

The junior representative season typically runs from February to April, with initial squads to assemble for training towards the end of this year.
