Coach Tony Herman has confirmed a strong and familiar line-up for the Cronulla Sharks as they gear up for today's season opener against the Cowboys.

There are no late changes ahead of kick-off at 11.05am, with the team riding high after a solid trial game against the Roosters that showcased their potential.

An exciting edition to the squad is Georgia Hannaway, who will be making her NRLW debut. Hannaway, known for her speed and agility, is set to make a significant impact coming off the bench.

Despite a bout of sicknesses affecting the team, the Sharks have bounced back and are feeling confident ahead of the game.

This Sharks team has formed a strong bond, with many players returning from last year. The continuity within the squad is evident, and it’s clear the team has gelled well.

Herman has backed his team's training and efforts in the preseason, confident they will translate into success on the field.
