Late Mail: Sharks v Wests Tigers

Sharks coach Craig Fitzgibbon has locked in his line-up for tonight's clash with Wests Tigers, making no late changes to the 17.

Young outside back Chris Vea'ila is the 18th man, with prop Tuku Hau Tapuha dropping off the extended bench ahead of the 8pm kick-off at PointsBet Stadium.

Daniel Atkinson will start at five-eighth alongside halfback Braydon Trindall for the first time since Round 14 in the absence of Nicho Hynes (ankle surgery).

Winger Sione Katoa is good to go after missing the last-start loss to the Titans due to concussion protocols, while Teig Wilton will reclaim his starting second-row role with Siosifa Talakai accepting a one-match ban for a high tackle.

With Jack Williams (wrist sprain) in the casualty ward this week, the bench will consist of Tom Hazelton, Jesse Colquhoun, Toby Rudolf and Braden Hamlin-Uele.
