Sharks selected for ASSRL National Championships

A host of emerging Sharks players will compete at the upcoming Australian Secondary Schools Rugby League National Championships after earning selection through recent NSW state trials.

Respective boys and girls under-18s tournaments will kick off in Coffs Harbour in early July, with the 15s and 16s carnivals taking place in Port Macquarie.

Cronulla representatives chosen in the various squads are as follows.

NSW Combined High Schools (CHS) boys - under 18s

NSW Combined Catholic Colleges boys - under 18s

NSW Combined Independent Schools - under 18s

Milla Caine 

Reigning Sharks Junior Representative Player of the Year Tom Dellow teamed up with Nikora Williams for the Sydney Red side in the 18s NSW CHS trials. Williams was named Player of the Tournament for his performances at Collegians field.

Tough lock Dellow captained Cronulla's Harold Matthews team this season, while Williams was part of the SG Ball squad alongside forward Alex Challenor. Aaron Keppie joined Cronulla from Wests midway through the junior rep campaign.

In the girls ranks, Charlotte Teplicanec, Isabella McDonald, Jessica Stonestreet and Milla Caine represented Cronulla's Lisa Fiaola side this season. Tarnee Ingram has been part of the Sharks Academy and Tarsha Gale squads.
