Jets Team List - Round 10

Buoyed by a convincing win over the Dragons, the Newtown Jets could push back into the NSW Cup top five when they face the Sea Eagles in Round 10.

Newtown claimed their first victory since Round 3 on Saturday, producing a storming second-half performance to triumph 26-10 at Henson Park.

Sitting in sixth position, the Sharks' feeder team will head to HE Laybutt Field to tackle Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles (10th) this Sunday.

The teams faced off only a few weeks ago in Round 7, with the Sea Eagles hanging on for a gritty 14-10 win in challenging conditions.

Blacktown Workers have been beaten soundly in both games since that fixture.

The Jets are just one competition point behind the fifth-placed Rabbitohs.

Former Bulldog Khaled Rajab made his debut for Newtown last weekend and will aim to build upon a promising halves combination with Niwhai Puru.

A host of players with NRL experience are set to line up for the Jets including fullback Kade Dykes, second-rower Billy Burns, centre Mawene Hiroti, young winger Sam Stonestreet and forward Billy Magoulias.

They'll be without front-rower Royce Hunt, who has earned an NRL recall.

Kick-off is scheduled for 3pm. See the team lists and match details below.
