The Sharks have granted Connor Tracey’s request for a release from the final year of his contract.
Contracted to the Sharks for the upcoming NRL season, Tracey will now take up a multi-year opportunity at another NRL club starting in 2024.
The 27-year-old Tracey came through the Sharks pathways system, before making his NRL debut playing for Souths against Parramatta in round 12 of the 2019 season.
Tracey returned to the Cronulla club in 2020 and has since played 64 NRL games for the Sharks and 66 matches overall in the NRL.
The Sharks thank Connor for his efforts over the past four seasons and wish him well in his future endeavours.
