In beating the Knights last Sunday, the Sharks confirmed their place in the upcoming Jersey Flegg Finals series.
The Sharks 30-26 win saw them finish in third position on the competition ladder, setting up a week one qualifying Finals match against the second-placed Bulldogs.
In a game scheduled for an 11am kick off at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium on Sunday, the Sharks and Bulldogs will play for the right to take on a Roosters team that claimed the Flegg Minor Premiership, with the loser to tackle the winners of the elimination Finals match between the Panthers and Storm.
After a 14-win, eight-loss season, the Sharks finished on 36 competition points, three points behind their opponents this weekend in the Bulldogs.
In a bonus for the Sharks, coach Andrew Dallalana has named a team which includes Blake Hosking, Sam Healey and Manaia Waitere, with the trio having played in the NSW Cup for the Newtown Jets in recent weeks.
Front rower Max Bradbury, a member of the full time NRL training group who has battled a foot injury over the back half of the season, is also available for the qualifying Finals match.
