It was certainly a tale of two halves in the Shire on Sunday, with the Sharks falling behind 30-points to 0 after 45 minutes, before the home side turned it on in the final 20 minutes, scoring four tries to miraculously get within four points.

Despite the result, we take a look at the Madimack 'Power Players' from the clash.

 WILL KENNEDY

Sharks fullback Will Kennedy had his hands all over the attempted comeback.

A couple of brilliant pieces of play from Kennedy lead directly to points, with his silky hands and fast pace on show across both sides of the field.

A nice shift down the left hand side and a friendly bounce from the Mulitalo kick also saw Kennedy grab a four-pointer of his own to cut the manly lead to just 4 after the conversion.

Will finished the night with a line break, a try, 185 run metres, two line break assists and two try assists to earn hi place among in the 'Power Players' this week.

JESSE RAMIEN

Centre Jesse Ramien was solid on both sides of the ball against the Sea Eagles.

Ramien ran for 170 metres on the night, breaking six tackles with a line break and a try to his name.

Defensively, Ramien was bruising in protecting his own line, making 13 tackles at a 100% efficiency rating, making all of his tackles 'effective' and missing zero.

CAM MCINNES

Back off the bench this week, but just as efficient, was Sharks middle man Cam McInnes.

Blood streaming down his face at the end of the match, a sign of his unwavering commitment in the middle of the field.
