Following consecutive losses, the Jersey Flegg Sharks will aim to respond and return to the winner’s circle when they host the Dragons on Thursday night.
In a match to be played as a curtain-raiser to the Sharks v Dragons local derby clash, the Flegg Sharks will be looking to consolidate their place inside the top four on the competition table while delivering an improved performance on their 22-12 loss to the Eels last weekend.
The Sharks and Dragons have already met once in 2023, the Cronulla team coming out on top 30-22 in a match played at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium back in round four.
While the Sharks cling to a spot in the top four despite consecutive losses, the Dragons currently sit seventh and will be desperate for win in an effort to keep their Finals hopes alive.
The Sharks v Dragons Flegg game is scheduled for a 5.35pm kick off at PointsBet Stadium on Thursday as the curtain-raiser to the NRL clash between the same two teams.
See below the Sharks team list.
