The Cronulla Sharks, through its community arm and charitable foundation Sharks Have Heart, has forged a reputation as the community club in utilising the profile of the NRL playing group and the game of rugby league to create social impact and to bring about meaningful change.

Sharks Have Heart initiate and facilitate numerous programs and initiatives, with an aim to deliver the best social impact programs in Australian sport.

To assist in being the best they can be Sharks Have Heart have launched it’s ‘Show us your Heart’ campaign, in calling on fans, members and the community to demonstrate their support by making a tax-deductible donation before the upcoming end of the financial year.

Aspiring to be the best in what they do in comparison to local, state based, and national sporting organisations is the ultimate objective, with any support of the Foundation assisting Sharks Have Heart to continue to have significant social impact and to increase reach, with donations going towards programs in disability, diversity, volunteering and reconciliation.

Sharks Have Heart also help to deliver heartfelt moments to those facing hard times, have a strong long-term partnership with Indigenous Health organisation Deadly Choices and have spread their wings to support regional as well as local charities, programs and initiatives.

The Sharks have also been recognised by the NRL for their commitment to community causes with Ronaldo Mulitalo a recent winner of the game’s most prestigious community award, the Ken Stephen Medal, while Nicho Hynes was an award finalist and fan choice in 2022.

With additional funding for Sharks Have Heart comes increased opportunity to build, grow and enhance engagement and the outstanding work they do in the community space.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible, with Friday, June 23, the final day for Direct Debit payments online and Friday, June 30, the final day to make credit card and Apple/Google Pay donations online.
