It was a tough night at the office for the Sharks in Round 10, going down to the Dolphins in their Magic Round clash.
Despite the results there were some efforts that can't be ignored.
We take a look at the Madimack 'Power Players' from the clash.
Cam McInnes
We couldn't ask for much more from Cam McInnes during his 53 minutes in the middle.
McInnes' switch to the starting side before kick off, pushing Dale Finucane back to the bench, saw him return to a running role in the forwards at lock, with the freedom and flexibility bringing out the best in his game.
Remarkably, McInnes made more tackles than he played minutes, with 59 tackles in his 53-minute stint. Even more remarkably, he missed 0.
He carried the ball strong in attack, clocking just under 100 metres, with 27 of those post-contact.
A regular on the Sharks bench to start the season, McInnes has certainly put his case forward to remain the starting lock for the rounds ahead.
Siosifa Talakai
The Sharks attack on the weekend sparked down the left through Sifa Talakai's barnstorming runs.
The hard hitting centre was tough to contain, clocking in a mammoth 248 run metres, 97 of those post-contact. His most impressive display coming when he switched the ball to his opposite hand with two Dolphin's hanging off him, to flick inside for Will Kennedy to score.
That would be the second try assist of the night for Talakai, who earlier put winger Ronaldo Mulitalo over in similar fashion.
Tom Hazelton
Big Tom Hazleton has been impressive in his limited game time this season, and Saturday night's clash was another instalment.
Desxpite only being on the pitch for 25 minutes, Tom's impact was felt with the rangy front-rower busting the Dolphins open through the middle, with the Sharks scoring just a couple of plays later.
In his short stint off the bench, Hazleton ran for 74 metres, 40 of those post-contact, with a line break and two tackle breaks to his name.
Reliable in defence, Hazelton kept busy with 12 tackles in another solid hit out for the young prop.
Teig Wilton
Teig Wilton has become somewhat of a Mr Reliable, at his consistent best against the Dolphins on Saturday night.
The dependable back-rower once again landing himself on the scoreboard through sheer hard work, catching the ball at a standstill before throwing a dummy and charging through three would-be defenders to cross the stripe.
On the other side of the ball Wilton was solid in defence, making 43 tackles on the night at an efficiency of 94%.
Another shining performance from the young back-rower capped of with 127 run metres, 53 of those post-contact, with seven tackle breaks and a line break to end the night.
