Jersey Flegg Team List – Round 3

After two wins to start their season the Jersey Flegg Sharks will look to make it three from three when they travel to Canberra to take on the Raiders on Sunday.

The under-21 Cronulla side managed a first up victory over Souths, before again getting a result in week two against the Eels, with the two wins sending the Sharks to Canberra this weekend with a level of confidence at this early point in the 2023 season.

The Sharks overcame a level of adversity in the game against Parramatta, combining a defensive resilience with glimpses of attacking brilliance in a 34-14 win.

This week’s opponent in the Raiders come into the game following a heavy 48-14 defeat at the hands of the Roosters and will be keen to improve on that performance against the visiting Sharks.

The Jersey Flegg match will be the first of three to be played at GIO Stadium on Sunday, to be followed by a NSW Cup game between the Jets and Raiders, then the NRL match featuring the Sharks and Raiders.
