Liam Luff to represent at the World Cup
Local Sutherland Shire Liam Luff is an NRL Wheelchair athlete who grew up a passionate fan of the Cronulla Sharks. Wheelchair Rugby League is an inclusive sport, and is a variation of rugby league that allows athletes with disabilities to compete with and against people without disability. Liam is now using his experience to give back to the sport he loves by coaching the Cronulla Sharks NRL Wheelchair side who play their competition in Menai. The Club wishes to congratulate Liam and all players selected for the Skyring Wheelaroos who will be representing Australia at this year’s World Cup in the U.K. Sharks Have Heart have partnered with Sharks at Kareela to fund a Come n Try NRL Wheelchair Day early in 2023 through the ClubGRANTS program.
