Jack & Sione surprise Abby with coin toss invitation
Kurnell Stingrays, local junior Abby has had a very challenging 12 months after enduring multiple surgeries and procedures on her hip and leg. Injured Cronulla Sharks players Jack Williams and Sione Katoa surprised Abby at home where she is recovering from her most recent surgery. The pair were humbled by Abby’s story and inspired by her resilience in this Heartfelt Moment. The visit put into perspective the players own injuries and rehabilitation journeys and added increased motivation to get back to their best. Jack and Sione presented Abby with a special Sharks Have Heart jersey and invited her to do the coin toss ahead of our sold out Round 24 match against the Bulldogs on August 27th.
