Lloyds building a partnership with the Sharks

Lloyds Building & Development, with a head office in Cronulla, has signed on as a Sharks corporate partner for the 2022 season.

A building company specialising in customised luxury new home and duplex builds, the Lloyds logo will feature on the back left of the NRL playing shorts and on the corner posts at Sharks home games for the next two seasons, while they will also become the 2022 Player Sponsor for new recruit Cameron McInnes.

The announcement continues a successful off season for the Sharks commercially, with all NRL jersey properties secured and Lloyds now filling one of the remaining sponsor positioning's on the playing shorts.

The new partnership sees Lloyds join a quality group of corporate partners heading into an exciting 2022 season.

“Lloyds are a respected local company and we are thrilled they are now a member of our corporate family,” Sharks CEO Dino Mezzatesta said. “We will be spreading awareness of their brand and enhancing what is already a highly successful business and have no doubt this partnership will be of benefit to both parties.

“We have an impressive list of corporate partners on board for 2022, a group we are very proud of, and we are pleased to be adding Lloyds to that group,” Mezzatesta added.

As a Cronulla-based company, Charlie Daoud, Chris Daoud, and Bryan Jabbour, the trio heading up the business at Lloyds, expressed their excitement as to what the partnership with the Sharks might deliver.

“We are looking to continue to spread our wings, expand the business even further and support our local community with this new partnership and this association with the Sharks will certainly assist us to do just that.

“Everyone at Lloyds is excited about the upcoming season and can see positive times ahead for both the Sharks and for Lloyds.”

Also having met Cam McInnes, while being impressed by his character, not to mention what he might bring to the Sharks on the field next year, Lloyds explained why they jumped at the chance to become his player sponsor for the upcoming season.

“Cam is an impressive young man and an outstanding player, someone who will be an outstanding ambassador for both the Sharks and for Lloyds.”

The new sponsorship was revealed earlier today, with McInnes and his new teammate Ronaldo Mulitalo posing with the corner posts and modelling the Sharks shorts and playing kit, alongside representatives from Lloyds.
