High performance update with Nathan Pickworth
New on board ahead of the 2021 season, incoming Sharks Head of Performance Nathan Pickworth has upped the ante in relation to the NRL squad’s pre-season preparations. Pickworth spoke to Sharks TV about the pre-Christmas block, how the boys have adapted to his methods and his philosophies on training and having the team in peak physical condition come round one.
