Club records were as broken as Knights fans' hearts following the Sharks' huge 62-0 win back in Round 10 of 2016.

The Sharks equalled their biggest-ever winning margin, matching a 68-6 victory over Manly in 2005. It was also Cronulla’s biggest win over Newcastle, going past the 64-14 hammering they handed out at Cronulla in 2002.

With a lineup that included hardened veterans such as Paul Gallen, Michael Ennis, Luke Lewis, Matt Prior, Chris Heighington and James Maloney - it was certainly one Sunday afternoon that had Sharks fans up and about as they made it 7 wins in a row on what would become their premiership winning run.
