The Sharks Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership team rebounded from a narrow round one loss with a convincing 30-12 victory last week, a win which sends them to Belmore Sports Ground full of confidence ahead of their game on Saturday.
The Sharks take on the Bulldogs in round four, with coach Glenn Brailey hoping for a repeat of their strong performance against St Mary’s last weekend.
With halves Quincy Dodd and Maddie Studdon becoming more familiar in their partnership, the Sharks produced some enterprising football and with further improvement expected the longer the pair play together, the backline is sure to get more opportunities to shine, starting with this week’s match with the Bulldogs.
While the Sharks go into the game with a one-win, one-loss record after two games, the Bulldogs have lost their two games so far this year, their most recent defeat coming at the hands of the Rabbitohs last Sunday.
