NRL Team List - Sharks v Cowboys

While it may have been less than convincing, the Sharks managed a win to open their account in the game against the Titans last Saturday.

An outstanding first half was somewhat overshadowed by an error-riddle second, their 20-0 lead at the break enough to get the job done, but it left the Sharks wanting more, starting this week with the round three match in Townsville.

Almost to a man the Sharks have since expressed their disappointment as to the second half last weekend, and their determination to improve their ball control and error rate, beginning with the game on Saturday night.

In terms of the team list, despite the fact he failed to finish the match last week, Sosaia Feki has again been named on the wing and is expected to play, while Jayden Brailey has had no after effects following his head knock, is following the concussion protocols and is expected to take his place in the Sharks team on Saturday.

Younger brother Blayke, who deputised for Jayden against the Titans, is again likely to see some game time as an interchange replacement.

Coach John Morris has named an identical 21-man team, with youngsters Kyle Flanagan and Bronson Xerri on an extended reserves list and Scott Sorensen and Braden Hamlin-Uele also included in the Sharks squad.

The Sharks team for the game which kicks off at 1300 Smiles Stadium on Saturday, is listed below.
