After a bye last round the Newtown Jets are back on deck this weekend when they host the New Zealand Warriors at Henson Park on Saturday.
In a log-jam towards the top of the table, the Jets are in third position on 26 points, however with four teams equal on that mark the Warriors game this weekend shapes as a crucial one should the Newtown side hope to cement a top four finish.
The Jets will again rely on youngsters Kyle Flanagan and Blayke Brailey to direct them around the paddock, while they will be looking for fullback Will Kennedy, who was missing from the team that went down to Blacktown Workers at their last start, to provide the attacking flair at the back.
Unfortunately for Newtown, prop Braden Uele, one of their leading players throughout the 2018 season, will be missing after suffering a knee injury in the Blacktown game.
With the Intrust Super Premiership regular season finishing one week before the NRL, this weekend will be the second to last round before the finals.
The Jets v Warriors game is scheduled for a 3.00pm kick off at Henson Park on Saturday.
