This week’s Haigh & Hastings ‘Play of the Week’ came from a moment in the game which turned back the clock in the Shire.
In the 16th minute and inside the Broncos 10m line, Michael Ennis collected the ball out of dummy and put through a deft grubber for skipper Paul Gallen.
Unperturbed by the speed of the grubber kick, Gallen chased the ball through to the end, managing to place the ball down inside the in goal for the four pointer.
