Sharks fullback Ben Barba joined Peter 'Sterlo' Sterling 'On the Couch' on Fox Sports 1 on Wednesday night.
Speaking of his blistering start to the 2016 season, and the challenges he has overcome to once more find signs of his best form, Barba said he credits his in-game efforts to the hard work on the training paddock.
