Sharks centre Gerard Beale returned to action today, having missed the side's win over the Tigers last weekend.
Beale was injected into the contest perhaps earlier than he was expected to be, due to James Maloney being ruled out through concussion.
And, while feeling for his mate, the Kiwi said he was pleased to play a greater role in the Sharks win.
