Jayson Bukuya will today celebrate his 100th NRL appearance when the Sharks take on the Rabbitohs at the Allianz Stadium.

Earning a regular spot in Shane Flanagan’s team as of 2012, ‘Boogs’ quickly became a fan favourite, with the hard-hitting back-rower proving a key asset in the side’s 2012 and 2013 finals ventures.

Defecting to the Warriors in season 2014, Bukuya returned to the Shire ahead of the 2015 season – much to the delight of the Sharks faithful.

Playing in 22 of the side’s 24 matches this season, Bukuya has once more shown his workman-like traits, and will prove a handy inclusion in Flanagan’s team in today’s elimination final.

Congratulations to Jayson Bukuya on a significant milestone.
