It was an outstanding performance in beating one of the premiership heavyweights in the Cowboys as the Sharks established themselves as a contender for a place in the top four.
The win was built on a dogged defensive effort in the first half and some good composure in the face of a Cowboys comeback in the second.
And they did it in a jersey specially-designed for the Indigenous Round and for their community partners RECOGNISE, the organisation behind an awareness campaign to have Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples recognised in the Australian constitution.
The Sharks are now offering fans the chance to own a unique piece of memorabilia, with all 18 match worn jerseys (including the jersey of the 18th man) personally signed by the individual players, yours to own.
The jerseys, which were designed by award winning Aboriginal artist Daren Dunn, are available through the Sharks on-line auction.
The auction will run through until close of business (5.00pm) on Wednesday.
Go to the auction link, make a bid and own your own special piece of Sharks memorabilia.
