As he said it may have taken a while however the occasion of Jeff Robson’s 150th NRL game was one to remember with the Sharks number seven playing a pivotal role in the golden point victory over the Raiders.
Robson’s defence on the edge, barring one slip up early in the second half, was rock solid and he again played the role of general, directing his team around the field throughout the 80-plus minutes at GIO Stadium.
Sharks TV spoke to Robson from the sheds post-match, about his 150th game, which was witnessed from the stands by a large contingent of family and friends, the important win achieved by his team and the trip to Belmore to play the Dogs next week.
