After recording a solid victory over the Roosters and heading into a Bye round weekend, the Sharks enjoyed a mixture of work and play at training on Thursday morning.
With captain Paul Gallen away on State of Origin duty and regular first graders Wade Graham, Jeff Robson and Sosaia Feki on a community visit to the Riverina, the remaining squad were put through a series of activities and fitness drills at Remondis Stadium.
The flavour of the day was touch football and a friendly game of soccer mixed with the task of shuttle running.
