Cronulla members and fans travelled in their numbers to watch the side account for the Titans 23 points to 22 thriller at the Gold Coast on Saturday night.
While Valentine Holmes' Golden Point field goal was the main talking point after the match, the number of fans who made the trip North did not go unnoticed amongst the Sharks' ranks.
Sharks Group CEO Lyall Gorman praised the travelling members and fans' efforts, in saying their presence made all the difference to the end result.
“The support from our Members at the Gold Coast was phenomenal … it felt like we owned the Stadium,” Gorman said.
“They really got behind the team. I have always said our Members make the difference and they should feel very much a part of our win that night."
The noise and colour of the Cronulla supporters proved vital at the end of the match, and our players and fans took to social media after the match to thank the travelling faithful.
