2023 NRL Telstra Premiership Finals Series FAQs
1. Where will a Week 1 Finals Game be played?
With a win over the Raiders the Cronulla Sharks have locked in a home Week 1 Finals game against the Sydney Roosters, kicking off at 7:50pm.
2. When will tickets go on sale for Week 1 Finals?
Members will have priority ticketing access to Finals Series tickets from the Monday prior to the Game. Ticketed Members will receive access from 10am, with Non-Ticketed Members able to purchase tickets from 1pm.
3. How do I access the ticketing pre-sale to the Week 1 Finals?
Ticketed Members will use their AAN code, which has been sent to them via email, to access Finals Series tickets from 10am on the Monday prior to the Game. Non-Ticketed Members will be sent a separate code to access tickets from 1pm on Monday, with General Public access from 10am on the Tuesday prior to the game.
4. If I am a 2023 Reserved Seat Member, will I get my same seat I held throughout the 2023 NRL Season?
Should we host a Week 1 Final at PointsBet Stadium, we DO NOT meet the criteria to facilitate our Members having the opportunity to purchase their same 2023 Membership Reserved Seat. As a result, Cronulla Sharks Members will NOT be guaranteed their Same Seat for the game.
5. Will my Membership Card grant me access to a Week 1 Final Game being played at PointsBet Stadium?
Your Membership Card will not grant you access into any Finals Series Games, regardless of the venue, including a Week 1 Finals Series match at PointsBet Stadium. If you wish to attend any Finals Series games, including those held at PointsBet Stadium, you will have to purchase tickets.
6. Will the Members Bar on the Northern End of the ET Lower Stand be available?
No, the Members bar the Northern End of the ET Lower Stand will be an open bar that is available to all patrons attending the game.
7. Will I still get my Members discount at all Food and Beverage outlets?
No, Members discounts will no longer be available at food or beverage outlets at any NRL Telstra Premiership Finals series games.
8. Will a Week 1 Finals Series Game be run by the Cronulla Sharks or NRL?
All aspects of the NRL Telstra Premiership Finals Series will be run by the NRL which includes seating and ticketing availability. The Cronulla Sharks Membership Team will endeavour to assist you as best as we can with all of your questions or concerns.
